FNW Ethical Policy

All FNW Cucumber consultant experts either employed by, or contracted by FNW will be selected, measured against, and be expected to fulfil the following Code of Ethics when representing FNW; 

• Have relevant, up to date (within previous 3 years) industry experience in the field they will be operational in.
• Conduct themselves to the highest levels of ethical integrity and accountability.
• Commit fully to the company they are contracted to work for at the time, at the exclusion of other projects.
• Treat all clients with dignity, confidentiality and respect.
• Comply with FNW standards of dress, appearance, professionalism, timekeeping, work levels and output.
• Will at all times demonstrate an Environmental responsibility to carbon use.
• Be appropriately covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Will be in a position to achieve the client’s requirements 100% of the time, bearing in mind geography, work requirements, and outside priorities.
• Fully commit to respect copyright, agreements, work, intellectual property, trademarks and comply with all laws governing such.

This code applies equally to FNW and any employee or consultant conducting work on behalf of FNW. We would strive to ensure that our clients also operate under the same code.

The FNW commitment;

• to help create profitable new turnover.
• to convert help in saving time, waste or valuable resource, directly into bottom line margin.
• to never persuade our clients to invest in a product, piece of work or time that we do not genuinely believe that they need.

FNW will invoice clients on the basis of a pre agreed rate that will include;

• Travelling time to and from the client’s base or chosen meeting place (mileage will not be charged unless travel is more than 25 miles).
• Time taken to write all reports & conclusions agreed with the client.
