Each of the courses are run by in house trainers and delegates are awarded with certification, gap personnel is responsible for the organisation and any costs incurred for these courses with no additional charges to the client.

- Basic Food Hygiene
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Manual Handling
- First Aid in the workplace
Additionally all employees of gap personnel are expected to be members of the REC, having passed the industry standard qualifications
